There's an initial phone screen, then one meeting with HR, another with the location manager, and a shadowing experience. They're very careful with their hiring so you meet with a number of people over multiple days to get a good feel for the job.

From start to finish, very professional and QUICK!!! Staff and office were very friendly and inviting. Very informative interview. Office was exceptional, beautiful and calming. I was hired within the week of the interview!!!

Interview
The interview process was great. I like the phone interview first because it allows you to not be so nervous for the actual interview. Also when they did my interview they asked hard questions but gave me time to answer. They were very patient, professional and nice. The interview proceedure and questions were right on the mark.
