A third party recruitment company contacted me, advertising themselves as "being differebt than other recruitment firms". Their questionnaire didn't contain anything relevant to the role, just questions like "describe your best holiday" in a video format. Turns out the recruitment firm wasn't that different after all: they did not even bother to reply.
