Interview
Two rounds, the first with HR, the second with the potentional teamleader. There wasn't any kind of written test or live coding in the second round. Just some questions related to the technologies need for the position I was applying for.
Test using Codility regarding various programming languages like Java, Python, C++. Although I was applying for a Node.js developer position, none of the questions were regarding Node.js. That was weird

Interview
First, I had an interview with HR person. Then I received link to online quiz, consisting of many areas of CS. There were even questions about areas absolutely non-related to the position I applied for. Questions was about Java, C++, Python, data structures, simple algorithms and some pen-and-paper.
Second, I had to code some challenge on codility.
After going through all these rounds they told that the position is already taken and they offered completely different one. It was very discouraging, after spending many hours solving the tests and challenges...
