I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Sevenstep (Boston, MA) in Aug 2010
Interview
I went to there office and met with the managers that ran each group. They where all very nice and spent a long time explaining what they did but did not ask me many questions. They had me write a sample letter to test my writing. They called me back for a second interview that was just as quick and did not seem to take me seriously when I said I was interested in recruiting for a career and not just a job. They said they would call me back but never did and since then I have met with other staffing agencies who take me seriously. They seemed nice enough to work for but I don't think the job was a perfect fit.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sevenstep (Boston, MA)
Interview
Great interview process! Very smooth and easy process. Great to meet the team and learn more about the company. There were a few rounds, all were well organized and I knew I would enjoy working there.
2 phone interviews went very smooth, was expecting a video but nope which made the process a positive experience! It was about a 3 week process, worth it so far love the culture
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sevenstep (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
30 min long over the phone. Really personable and made me feel comfortable. After I would answer a question, I would hear, "Great!" It made me feel that I was doing something right.
