Interview
They don't seem to have an ironed out, professional process. A friend of mine also interviewed with them and her call was about 4-5 minutes in length and she never heard back. I was offered a job, but read a lot of reviews on layoffs and decided against it.

Interview
One intro with HR, one in person interview with an hour of product team and an hour with the business. Very nice people, but was ghosted after a 2 hour interview.

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Seven Corners (Carmel, IN)
Interview
Submitted an application and heard back within 2 days from a recruiter and a call was setup with her. The call lasted less than 30 minutes and she said she would get back to me if there was any next steps. She reached out the next day to say that the hiring manager would like a to setup a 2 hour in person panel type interview when I was available. That interview was setup 4 days later and it lasted the entire 2 hours. Two days later I received an automated email that they weren’t considering anymore and I never heard back from anyone else after that.
