There are multiple interview rounds. The first stage is a form screening consisting of around 30 questions, which are fairly manageable in difficulty. The form mainly covers basic information and past experience.
The next round is a virtual HR interview, which is heavily focused on change management. I was only asked questions related to change management, with no general behavioural questions. The interview was quite short, lasting around 10–15 minutes in total.
I didn't get past this round, but the next rounds are online assessment, following with two in-person interviews with senior consultants.
