Give my resume online and a HR will contact you ; One week later you will be on site interview; The online interview starts with an technical assessment.They will ask you about the questions about operating system, mysql and network; individual interviews with 5 different managers;

Fast paced...they get you very hyped up. The CEO of the company even got involved to close the deal. They talk about all of the possibilities regarding options and a bright future. But once you start, the follow up to the promises are forgotten. You're a cog in the wheel. The "awesome" atmosphere is simply not true.
