No interview as I was an intern with the company and applied back for a chemist position in the lab. Just sent in my resume to the hiring manager and received an immediate offer.
The interview process was smooth and the hiring manager clearly explained what the expectations are for the role. There was some slight delay when the interview was starting but that was not big of an issue.
Simple interview. Good for fresh grads. Will ask basic questions on operations and willingness to OT and attitude e.t.c. Interviewer was quite friendly also and have worked in the company for very long.
