Phone Interview: HR asks broad, poorly worded question about your background, and then cuts you off before you are even halfway done talking about it. They cannot understand any technical talk, and puts blame on candidate for that. Could tell they were looking for checkmarks, like what "roadblock" you overcame. Will not give reason for candidacy not moving forward because "company policy"
