Setel (Malaysia) interview questions

I went for my first interview session with Setel. Which i have to go through for first interview (Cultural Fit). It going for a little more than 1 hour. Better to get better understanding of the cultural valued by Setel.

It was a surprisingly smooth experience, especially for being conducted online. Most importantly, the questions were excellent—very relevant to my past work and designed to assess my critical thinking, not just my memory. There were no silly, irrelevant, or trick questions, making the whole interaction feel genuinely productive and professional.
