The interview was awkward and I had recently started a job, so the CEO spent most of her time comparing salaries and somewhat down playing the company. When I received the "No" via email, she provided unsolicited criticism of my look despite both interviewers being late, which I find to be quite rude and entitled. She seems to be more old school cultural speaking so I dodged a bullet.
