I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (New York, NY) in Aug 2021
Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter via Indeed after the initial screening a 30 minute call with an ST recruiter was scheduled. During the phone call with the recruiter she asked about goals, difficult situations and explained the role and company in detail. We both found that I was a good match to proceed on with an hour video call with 2 of the managers. I was given a mock assignment to complete before the call to review and be coached on. The call with the 2 managers was as great as the first call. We talked about our history and what led us to this point, what drives us, and more depth about the actual role. We also completed a cold call coaching session which was really great. After the call I was contacted by the same wonderful recruiter with an offer. The entire process took about 2 weeks and was enjoyable and painless. I'm very excited to join the Titan team!
Three step process. One included a role play with two managers. Last meeting was with director. It was a straight forward process, and they give you information prior to the role play to be prepared
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2026
Interview
Friendly, Straightforward, and quick for the first round of interviews. Clear explanation of next steps and required preparation for success in upcoming interviews. The interview process is pretty quick so time for preparation may be limited.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Windsor, ON) in Feb 2026
Interview
First interview was positive, recruiter was engaged and polite. 2nd round with sales managers took a nosedive. The 2 sales managers were completely unprepared and didn't try to hide it. Additionally, the 1-pager on preparing for the 2nd round said the mock call will involve simple objection handling and said you didn't need product knowledge (however I still did research). During the call, they gave such difficult scenarios one could only counter with niche, deep product knowledge . At one point, one sales manager turned the interview into a therapy session, was extremely condescending as my motivations weren't "deep" enough to take on the entry level role (of which their personal reason was money...). Terrible expectation management, lack of accountability and beyond unprofessional.
