I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2020
Interview
I received a LinkedIn message from a recruiter and was able to speak with her on the same day. She gave an overview of the company and the job, and we then scheduled a phone interview for the next day. After that, we scheduled a video interview. After the video interview a few days later, I received a request for references, and on Monday received and accepted an offer, contingent on a background check. The process took 6 days total. Excellent!

Question 1
What was one time on the job when you were required to do something outside of your job description?
I currently only completed phase one of the process. It was challenging but I wouldn’t say too hard. They have you submit video of yourself and complete a few questions with a “sandbox” version of their CRM
I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Yerevan, Yerevan) in Apr 2024
Interview
The overall process consisted of 4 stages: the first one was a 30-minute screening with the HR, then an on-site assessment test which was followed by two on-site interviews, including a mock call session. The overall process was well organized and the TA in charge always provided feedback and updates regarding the next stages in a timely manner. The 2 main interview stages were quite interesting and engaging.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked a variety of questions but the overall focus was on behavioral and situational ones(e.g. what would you do in this or that scenario), there were also a couple of logical questions.
The process is that you initially meet with general recruiter that goes over expectations and prep you for the next rounds.
The next step is to take an electronic assessment which can be challenging.
The final step is to interview with current Support Supervisors. It's usually two people that you'll interview with.
