ServiceNow Process Improvement Analyst interview questions

The interview process was disorganized. The individual set to interview missed the call. After missing the call and my reaching out, they apologized and asked for a good time to reschedule. At that time, the position had already been filled (I was unaware). I followed up multiple times before getting an automated email stating my interview process had wrapped up and they chose a stronger candidate (although never having actually interviewed).
