This was one of the most disorganized and chaotic interview processes I have ever encountered. I was screened by an individual two job levels below the position. He knew almost nothing about the role, which should have been a red flag. After passing that hurdle, HR set up an onsite interview. They gave me no information about the process or who I would be interviewing with. On the day of the interview, I met with two lower level employees BEFORE the hiring manager. They knew almost nothing about the position. One of the interviews was supposed to be on a videoconference line, but HR neither showed me how to use the equipment nor told me I would be interviewing remotely. Needless to say, that particular interview was a disaster. I felt like every employee I interviewed with was trying to talk me out of the role. After the interview, neither HR nor the hiring manager ever followed up with me. After that experience, I will never consider a position at ServiceNow again.
