I had the first interview with Talent Acquisition team which was very encouraging and the interviewer was professional, 2nd Interview which was with hiring manager , just before the interview I received two rejection emails, when inquired during the interview was told it must be mistake but from the interview questions I could tell the hiring manager is only fulfilling the formality and was in a rush to wrap it up. After waiting for good 3 weeks when pursued was told I had been rejected. I could tell from the hiring manager behavior and body language that knowledge and experience doesn't matter and only candidate who are less experience or having lesser knowledge will be chosen.
