The interview process consisted of 3 rounds, including live coding and whiteboard design challenges related to design engineering and AI workflows. I made it to the final round and was told I would receive updates regarding next steps and the hiring decision. After the final interview, communication stopped despite multiple follow-up emails. After investing significant time and preparation into multiple interview rounds, the lack of communication was disappointing and unprofessional.
