It was not an intrerview, but questioning session. One architect and another lead took the interview, but totally in-experienced on how to handle interviews. No greeting and they were completely serious. Didnt even tried to be friendly. :) I tried to ask a question in between and they interrupted me and didnt even bothered to answer. A very short intro and directly into questions. Didnt ask abt me !! Nothing at all. They were pasting questions on the chat window!! What were they doing?? Completely weird. In the end didnt allowed me to ask questions. Message to HR : Have some experienced manager in the interview process.Or atleast give them training on how to condut interviews. These kind of people will ruin your organisation's reputation. It was completely unpleasant experience for me. Even if they will give me an offer, I will think thrice before accepting offer.
