Very detailed interview. It was just as much about who I am as about what I can do in the position. It felt like they wanted to ensure the right fit for a long term fit.

Based on Personality. Was not asked any position-specified questions. Hiring manager asked if location mattered to me. Did not ask much questions other than the basic interview questions, it was very easy for me to take control of the interview. Hiring manager did state that the position is not easy to grasp and takes time to learn everything. Compliance was expressed as very important.
