I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Service Express (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview process is lengthy and thorough. In my particular situation it consisted of the following:
1.) Two phone interviews with the corporate recruiter
2.) An in-person interview with the manager for the office in which I would be working
3.) After the in-person interview, I had to do a "Ride along" with the folks I'd be working with. The purpose of this was to get acquainted with the team and for them to get a feel for whether or not you would be a good fit. It lasted approximately 4 hours. It also gave me an idea of the culture of the company and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions.
4.) An interview with three independent managers via video conference. It took about 1.5 hours.
5.) Changing jobs is a stressful and scary proposition. SEI made all of that stress go away my first day of orientation in Grand Rapids, MI. From the moment I walked in on Tuesday morning, I was treated like a VIP. Everyone was friendly and really went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. They had a desk set up for me with a bag of gifts to welcome me. Also there was a binder with a complete schedule of what was on my agenda so there was no question as to what I was suppose to be doing. Also managers took me out to lunch both days and I never paid for a thing. The experience that I had with the hiring process was beyond reproach.

Question 1
The HR interview took a pretty deep dive into my resume. It was a chronological journey starting at my first position working towards most recent.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Service Express (Bridgeville, PA) in Oct 2014
Interview
It is very involved! Service Express is very determined to find people who will help them in a positive way, and they make sure the potential employee is aware of exactly what Service Express is about. There are five steps in the interview process - a phone screen with a recruiter, an interview with a recruiter, a ride-along with employees of the office being applied for, an interview with the office's regional manager, and three interviews (via Skype or similar) with three separate employees in the corporate office (production, sales, and purchasing). It is a very involved process and is designed to measure your personality and skills via every angle.

Question 1
Interview questions were typical for parts 1 and 2 of the process. Steps 3-5 were more personal and felt as if they were designed to gauge personality and mindset as opposed to skills; skills are certainly required, but in my experience, what you did not know could be taught. It is much harder to change what type of worker you are and how you fit in with others.
