Interview
The first interview was a one-on-one that lasted about 30 minutes and asked basic behavioral questions about my ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds. There were two interviewers during the second interview that asked similar questions. The first interviewer was new to the organization, which was slightly off-putting.

Some of the questions were along these lines:
- Tell me about a time you had to perform a task you disagreed with.
- Do you have access to a reliable form of personal transportation?
- Tell me about how what tools you use to manage your time.
