Serv-U-Success Project Manager interview questions

Initial screening interview was with HR Generalist, who provided an enthusiastic and thorough overview of the company. Interview with VP basically was an overview of the position responsibilities that lasted 90 minutes. Very little discussion of my skills relevant to the position. VP did not have well developed interview process procedures.
