I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Sertifi (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2024
Interview
Interviewed with Sertifi and went through the entire process. Which involved interviewing with 6 people… was later told after 3 weeks from finishing the last interview that they had decided to still keep interviewing more candidates. And that they felt that I wasn’t able to answer some of their questions to their satisfaction because I stated I had an NDA. Which I do so I obviously can’t go into certain topics and that should be obviously clear to any professional in any industry. I Decided to pull my candidacy in the end since if they can’t even get interviewing right then what kind of team and working conditions would I walking into.
I had an interview with a hiring manager. That was followed with a technical assessment, which was a semi-realistic coding challenge. The challenge addressed numerous SE principles. Then an interview with the technical team.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sertifi (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2019
Interview
Straight forward. Took online test. Then they called for on-site interview. Cleared everything and then they gave offer verbally. I had some doubt in my mind so they scheduled a phone call with hiring manager. He did clear my doubts but then the next day they called they are declining the offer. COMPLETELY UNETHICAL. Because of their verbal offer i let another offer go. They didnt even let me decide whether i should accept it or not after giving the verbal offer
