I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Serta Simmons Bedding (San Leandro, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who made it seem like a great opportunity. Interview was scheduled and the HR Manager told me she would call me back to confirm date and time, she never did, so I did not show and she and the recruiter called me wondering where I was and I told her she said she was going to call and never did. I finally get in an the questions were pretty standard. They asked me if I had questions. Of course I did but, after accepting job, I realized that their responsed were lies.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing really. The questions were pretty standard. I felt like it didn't matter what I said as long as I was interested, they were too. Almost too eager because it is a difficult place to work. i would not recommend it on my worst enemy.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Serta Simmons Bedding (Aurora, CO) in Jan 2017
Interview
Applied on line. Phone interview, then on site interview at Serta. (Aurora, CO). Phone interview was with HR Manager, very professional.
Interview with Plant Manager and Production Manager, poorly planned and executed. If that is upper management standards at the hiring process I can only imagine what it's like after you are hired.
I applied online. I interviewed at Serta Simmons Bedding (North Puyallup, WA)
Interview
Poorly planned and executed. Regional was a no show for second interview and unprofessional when we did meet. He was derogatory and arrogant beyond belief. If that is upper management standards at the hiring process I can only imagine what it's like after they "own" you.
