Serra Automotive Group interview questions

Came in waited over an hour on the guy took a long written test did well on it and he told me I needed to be good at bullshiting people. I explained I am a customer focused sales person so if their credit sucks you have to do what you have to do but I would also be fair and build customer base for us that way. Never heard back was in the place probably 4 hours or more like I was the one with bad credit.

Process is very direct and in person. They tell you what they need. compensation and pay was very clean so were expectations. No pressure, got to meet the whole staff and guided around the store. Felt very comparable.
