I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Serendipit Consulting (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2018
Interview
Interview process was friendly/professionally run. I feel like I got a good feel for the company and employees I would be working with right from the start. The interviewers were engaged and enjoyable to speak with.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was a challenge you faced in a previous position and how did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Serendipit Consulting
Interview
1) Simple phone interview with an office manager.
2) Second interview was a video interview with one of the owners, the President who runs the PR department.
3) Third interview was to be a video interview with the CEO, the day and time was confirmed, then an hour prior I received an email that she had a conflict and needed to reschedule. OK, I get it things come up. A second date and time was confirmed, then an hour prior I received an email again that she needed to cancel and that we would set a face-to-face interview with myself, the CEO and the President. The face-to-face date and time arrived, I had a nice conversation with the President (whom I'd already spoken to) because the CEO never showed up.
Interview had normal questions, however it was uncomfortable when the person interviewing me started recording our conversation halfway thru without permission.
They followed up with a psychological test that had questions asking to prioritize business situations mixed in with opinions of prostitutes, murdering people, being jailed if innocent. Strange.
Owner was supposed to meet with me and then cancelled last minute. Thought it was rude, wasn't impressed.
