It seems their HR is either incapable to handle all applications, or incompetent and does not pay attention to details to any correspondence nor can answer in a timely fashion. I applied for the position of Head of Programme Management Europe, and 4 weeks later received a message to congratulating me that I was shortlisted with the request to provide a couple of availalable dates for the initial interview. I responded, but got no acknowledgement to the dates I provided. After about 3 weeks I received another email, asking for my salary expectations and potential start date for the position of Programme Delivery manager Europe, a role I never applied for. After providing the requested details and asking to clarify about the Role, I received a short note telling me that there has been changes and my expectations are too high. - What was that? You do not inform congratulate someone about being shortlisted and then let them hang, and later get back with a note saying "sorry for the confusion". I responded kindly to say that I would still be happy to speak about the other role and that my expectations are secondary, but again no responds at all. This was completely dishearting and extremely unprofessional and unethical.
