      Interview

the process is under high pressure, fast and nothing surprising which is good. you need to read a paragraph loudly and clearly. you need to retake the G1 and G tests.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

what can you bring us based on your previous working exp?
      Answer question
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 11 months. I interviewed at Serco Group in May 2018

      Interview

      1) Send twenty or so applications for positions all over the GTA, for nearly a year. Each application has it's own pre-screening questionnaire. All have the same questions. Resume, and, cover letter are on file in the uploaded documents section of the account they have you create. 2) (Randomly) Receive an online aptitude test. Complete the test. No response for months. 3) All other applications go nowhere, but, the jobs remain posted, or are re-posted. 4) Give up entirely. No further applications to the the same, and, new advertised positions. 5) Nearly a year later, receive a frantic e-mail from HR, stating that that they need people immediately. Attached to the e-mail are TEN pre-screening questions (all of which were answered multiple times on the twenty or so applications I submitted over the past year. Nice to know they read them. 6) Answer all ten questions, and, agree to take another G license written, and, road test, which is unnecessary, as, I have had a driver's license for over twenty years, and, hold a commercial drivers license which is more stringent than the G, (which I had to have before upgrading). 7) Absolutely no reply from them what-so-ever. Not so much as a "yes", "no", "maybe", or a "go fly a kite." 8) Return to step 4, for good this time. Included are all ten of the "second round" of pre-screening questions.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Serco Group

      Interview

Apply and don't take it personally if you don't get called, they have to take internal first as per union regulations. They invite you in to take a written test first - STUDY for the darn thing, it's easy to forget G1 stuff years after you have your licence. If you pass that, they take you on a G2 Exit road test (the highway test) Drive like you're taking the test for real, if you fudge it up, they're not going to take your licence away but they're not going to give you the job. If you pass that, they interview you. Focus on safety and if they look puzzled by one of your answers explain yourself.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

If you were in the vehicle with an applicant and they drove over the line into the wrong side of the road what would you do.
