Interview
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and its interview process, such a comfortable experience. The interview process was very thorough and personalized. They really made you feel you were a top priority in the company without even being there yet. I had first spoken with Nora the Recruiting Director for a phone interview which felt more like a conversation rather than an interview! A wonderful and knowledgeable person all around. I then got moved forward in the process which they conducted a 1:1 interview with the Regional Portfolio Manager which also was an amazing process just because of the people involved had an amazing conversation with her as well. Finally, I spoke with the Marketing Manager via Facetime and got offered the position shortly after. Mind you they are constantly contacting you keeping you updated on the process the whole time and are there for any questions as well. Shortly after you are offered the position you go through the background and drug testing process and then your manager will call you when you clear that! Sequoia was the best interview process I have ever been through :)

Interview
I had three interviews, the first one was with the recruiter, very formal but nice and easy interview. My second interview was in person with the property manager, this was probably the best interview I've had, very nice and personalable. The last interview was with the Marketing Manager and Regional Manger, they were also very formal a little intimating but overall easy questions.
