I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sequoia Equities (Walnut Creek, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
They have a 3 interview process, first telephone interview, second corporate office interview, third marketing interview. Everyone was extremely friendly, communicated to each other well, and the facilities are beautiful. They focused on a positive work culture and were interested in how I've gone above and beyond for customers in the past. They seemed very organized and selective. Work culture is important and how you get along with others. Some of the questions were a little tough but the interviewers were very nice, let me think about the questions a moment, and made me feel very comfortable.

Interview
I had three interviews, the first one was with the recruiter, very formal but nice and easy interview. My second interview was in person with the property manager, this was probably the best interview I've had, very nice and personalable. The last interview was with the Marketing Manager and Regional Manger, they were also very formal a little intimating but overall easy questions.
