Interview
I was recruited by a third party in November of 2024, had 2 conversations, and then was referred to speak with a HR representative at Sequoia. It felt a bit redundant, because there were three other rounds of interviews after this, including a case study. Additionally, in lieu of a cover letter, applicants had to answer a number of questions related to the role and their experience in detail.

Interview
I was required to complete a lengthy candidate exercise over a holiday weekend prior to final round interviews and then interview with the employer panel immediately after the holiday weekend. The employer panelists were not prepared for my interview. The timing of the interview was cut short at the last minute and some panelists did not appear to have fully reviewed my candidate exercise. This lack of respect for the work completed by applicants is disrespectful.
