Interview
The interview was Very typical, simple and straightforward. They asked basic Situational questions, no star method required. The rest of the info was job descriptions and making sure you can withstand the conditions of the warehouse.

Interview
I applied on Sephora's website and within a day or two I received an email about a job fair they were having at Perryman, MD from 10am to 2pm they invited me to attend. I got there an hour early, before 10am people started to line up and Sephora staff guided all of us through the warehouse. It's extremely large warehouse, the biggest I've ever seen.

Question 1
The Questions were really easy to me. I did a lot of research and studying on the company to be well prepared but everything I study never came up. 1st Question: Talk about a time you had a conflict with a co-worker and how did you resolve it? 2nd Question: Safety is extremely important, Tell me about a time you help a co-worker while practicing safety methods? 3rd Question: It was a retail Question but still had to ask me, If you see a co-worker steal a product what would you do? And that was it, I was extended an offer! The gentleman that interview me was really pleasant, funny, & informative. It was a natural conversation no pressure or stressful moments at all. I was actually pretty excited with the overall experience.
