Answered a few recruiter screening questions over messages, then an initial interview with a task during the call after which was invited for a final interview at the London office that included a presentation. The first stage interview you get no warning but the task is given to you in the beginning of the interview. It was fairly basic but can definitely catch you off guard as you don't get notified that there's a task to be completed as you're on the call. The presentation for the final interview was also fairly straightforward. Main disappointment was the lack of communication at all stages. I had emailed multiple times to follow up on the task and was only sent it the day before my final interview, so it was quite rushed. Then after taking the time to attend the interview in person and presenting the task, I didn't hear anything back despite following up multiple times. I wouldn't waste your time...
