Phone interview about 10 min. I had a call from the interviewer in 5 days after I submitted my application. The store is located in manhattan NY. She asked me a lot of questions and said she will contact me after reviewing.

Applied online and received a call back a week later to set up an interview. A group interview.
It's not as scary as it sounds, trust me.
I arrived at the store and was joined by two other girls for the interview. The hiring manager took us to an area in the mall where we could all sit down to talk. She asked us questions about our previous work experiences such as "Why do you want to work for Sephora?", "Tell me about a time YOU received great customer service & what did you learn from it?", and "Tell me about a time you went above & beyond for a customer."
Note: Depending on the manager, she does not direct the questions to anyone in particular, so try to answer first. It shows you're excited about the job.

I came in 30 minutes early and they asked me all easy questions. I interviewed with 2 people and in the end they offered me a second interview and I was told they’d call in a week. About a week and 2 days later I got a call.

They were doing a job fair inside the company interview a lot of different people. I had a brief interview with one store leader that pass me to a second one that asked me to come back the day next to talk with the Store Director. In the next day, the interview with the director was much longer in a format of behavioral questions. She was very welcoming during the process that took approximately an hour.
