...Group interviews are terrifying. I bombed, lol. I think I would have presented myself better if it had been one on one. I have an esthetician's license and the position I applied for involved inventory management which is something I have a lot of experience in, so I was hoping it would be a good fit. Guess they're looking for a more extroverted personality type.
Interview process was relaxed, and they encourage you to be yourself. One thing I would recommend is to wear make up in a way that shows your make up skills.

They are so nice, just be yourself and answer with self confidence,questions about your previous experince,trends,your customer service skills and also being full time availble is important for them,express your passion about beauty and your previous experince with customers how did you handle

There were 2-3 rounds of interviews and a pre-screening video call were done when opening a new Sephora store. The pre-screening was a personal 1-1 call while the actual interview was done as a group
