Interview
The interview process was good. I liked that I met with multiple people in the first round. It gave me a good feel of the role and what the team would be like coming in. My biggest feedback would be the amount of time in between the different stages, from being selected for the interview and to when I got result of interview, it took over 2 weeks.

Interview
At first Sep Inc was friendly, however, once they found out I was interviewing at other companies, they treated me very coldly. I was laid off by my previous employer so of course I had to interview at multiple places so I could have a job again. After a second interview they told me to reach out to them via email in 3-4 days if I haven't heard back. Well, I sent them an email on the 5th and 9th day after my interview. Not once did they email me back and have the common curtesy to tell me they weren't offering me the role. I understand me not getting the role, but it's the fact that they told me to reach out to them and after multiple attempts, I get nothing but silence from them. That is extremely unprofessional given that I clearly made it past the initial first interview.
