Series of phone interviews and if you continue to progress to the next level you get to take the battery of personality test and talk to the psychologist. The questions from the psychologist are against the law. DO NOT ANSWER THEM!!! I am convinced that is how I was eliminated.

Question 1
They use the psychologist to ask personal questions that would be considered illegal under the normal inviewing process. The psychologist tells you that you do not have to answer the questions but you feel that if you do not then you would automatically be eliminated
