I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sentieo (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
- Interview with Hiring Manager
- Writing Assignment
- Interview with HR
- Interview with Senior Acc Exec
- Interview with VP
- Interview with Hiring Manager again
The interview process was done in an effort to mimic the sales process. It was very long winded and required you to deliver your pitch (about yourself) to multiple stakeholders. At the end they make it seem like you got the job but they'll ask you a few surprise questions about what you've learned from the process so far. The whole interview is meant to mimic the sales process.

Interview
HR - HIRING MANAGER - TEAM MEMBERS
- They come across as people who read of a piece of paper when interviewing candidates
- The Staff at times is very rude and does not seem to understand how to conduct an interview professionally and chose to not even look at my resume before speaking with me. Considering this is halfway through the interview stages , it demonstrates the faults the firm has.
- Stop wasting people's time please
