First Virtual One-Way Interview and you can re-record your responses if you don't like them before submitting. There were about 10 questions that were behavioral and experiential type questions. If you are forwarded to the Hiring Manager then if selected they will call you for an in person interview. My interview was with two people the department manager and the lead. They asked about 10 questions similar to virtual interview but also more about your future plans and prior experience. They also asked a real life OTJ in the OR situational question.
