I applied on indeed.com and got an email to complete my assessment. About two weeks later, I got a call from the practice manager to schedule a face to face interview. I was interviewed by the Nurse Coordinator and Practice Manager. I was asked a lot of situational questions. Lasted about an hour. I was told I would hear back within the week as they were still interviewing more people. I heard back on the very last hour of the day I was told I would hear from them and the practice manager said they still want to do another interview with the physician and nursing staff I would be paired up with to see if it's a great match. Depending how I did with them, they would then make a decision. I guess they liked me because I've been here for a year now.
