HR called me day of application submitted. Interviewed a week later and offered job on spot. Great experience. Interview was very personable and great energy in the hospital. Everyone I encountered before and after the interview was very friendly.

The interview process was a brief phone call and once the interview was set, meeting with a group of charge nurses where they all ask you a few questions. They were mostly scenario questions like how would you react with angry patients and de-escalating a situation. They also asked how would you prioritize tasks during busier times or when urgent orders are placed.
