Had two rounds of interviews. The first one was online via zoom, which went okay. The questions were relatively easy to answer. The second interview was face-to-face in the office, which went on for about 1.5 hours. Half the time, the interviewer was showing me around the office. Everything was going great. However, was completely appalled and taken aback when they asked if I could remove my hijab, as they do not allow it for "safety reasons". Note: I reported the issue to MOM, which they then said they no longer have the 'no hijab policy'. But i knew a hijabi who went on an interview at the same period and was told she could not wear the hijab either.
