Interview process is relatively easy. They want to get to know you on a personal lovel to see if you will be a good fit in the organization. However, the interview process is extremely long. The first interview is over the phone with the head of HR. Second interview is with the head of HR and then she hands you off to the direct manager. Third interview is with another manager and the head of IT. Fourth interview is with the team you will be working on. Most people have 4-5 interviews and meet up to 8 different people.
