Simple, well-organized and they commit to contracting you as long as you commit to getting your license and wanting to work with them. Took me a while longer to get my license and they maintained communication the whole time.

Mass Interview with several other individuals on the call. You can't see any of the others. She was kind though and personable. I'm still trying to do more research before I accept any offers.
Interview process was really well professional and well informed! I learned a lot about what the company has to offer and I couldn't wait to get busy with the life changing opportunity
