Seneca Polytechnic IT interview questions

The interview process consisted of an initial screening interview followed by one or more formal interviews. The first stage focused on assessing my background, technical skills, and interest in the role. Subsequent interviews explored problem-solving abilities, real-world scenarios, and behavioral questions to evaluate communication skills, teamwork, and cultural fit. In some cases, technical or situational questions were included to assess practical knowledge. The process concluded with an opportunity to ask questions and discuss next steps.
