Online interview felt informal and interviewer was friendly and encouraging. Mostly questions on soft skills, not many technical ones. Assessment centre had a presentation on your own development journey and a few activities in groups and individually which involved mostly considering different environmental, social and operational aspects of nuclear power and presenting conclusions to assessors.

An online video interview with an experienced engineer. Asked 12 questions in total. 8 were just general strengths and weaknesses based, looking mainly at individual qualities. 4 technical questions based more on reaction to certain situations and engineering knowledge.
