It was a very friendly team, and it was pretty much a conversational kind of interview, more about getting to know you and you knowing the team.
I had two interviews - one with hiring manager and one with the team and both of them went pretty well and were less than 30 mins and thats like the time they took to understand.
They rescheduled the interview multiple times, and when I went in for the interview, only the team was available, and the VP and HR weren't available, and they said they would reschedule that interview. 2 days later, when I texted about the updated schedule they replied "sorry and move in direct direction".
Had to figure it out that it was different direction. Overall nice office, good people but bad organisational skills.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SelectBlinds
Interview
I had multiple interviews. Two over the phone and one in person. Was told about the timeline for when I would most likely hear from them.
In the in person interview, I was practically shown where I would be sitting. I met with the Director who said it's a good sign for me because they haven't met with anyone else yet so the team must like me.
Of course afterward, I had to spam email them to get the rejection they refused to communicate out.
This interview was over a year ago but I felt I needed to come back and share this experience as I have never been so strung along that it still bothers me when I experience crap like this today.
