2. You're given a client with potential proposal to present back to the team (you have access to at least 3 people to ask questions and prepare a presentation)
3. You present your proposal to the team acting as clients and they end with a Q&A to see how you can handle feedback

Interview
Several meetings, long process including an "audition" of sorts. Meet with senior leadership as well as potential peers. One guy will be very honest with you to the point of being a little rude...eek!
