They offered a task, which is fair but they have no understanding of time. The task is offered on a Tuesday and expected by Thursday. For most normal people with full time jobs this is very silly. It is essentially one night - two at most if you free then. Turns out they may in fact want people who either aren’t dedicated to their current jobs (and likely won’t be for the next) or they don’t care for the work-life balance. Either way - no thank you.
