The interview process is relatively simple and usually consists of two rounds. The first round is with the HR department, which is just for information verification, such as whether you are over 18 years old, whether you have no criminal record, whether you have a driver's license, and whether you have a work permit.
The second round is with the hiring manager, who basically asks only two or three questions, like what you should do if you find someone suspicious, and what you should do if you notice people arguing. It doesn't matter if you can't answer these questions. There will be a three-day training later, during which all relevant questions will be covered.
